The original tags, labels and packaging are intact

3. Non-returnable products

The following products are generally not returnable:

Products damaged by customer misuse
Final sale / discounted special offer products (if separately mentioned)
Personal hygiene products

4. Exchanges

We offer free exchanges for:
- Wrong size
- Defective or damaged items
- Incorrect product received
The request must be made within 3 days of delivery

6. Refund Policy

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, if a refund is approved, the product will be returned to the original payment method within Processing time 5-10 business days.

7. Shipping Charges

If we mistakenly ship the wrong/damaged product, we may cover the return shipping.
In other cases, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping charge.
